Spinal Flow

Spinal Flow is a gentle, holistic healing modality that works with the nervous system to release tension, stress, and stored trauma from the spine. By accessing specific points along the spinal column, it helps restore natural energy flow, allowing the body to self-heal, regulate, and return to balance. It’s non-invasive, calming, and supports emotional, physical, and mental well-being.

Addressing the 3 targeted areas of spinal stress....

Spinal Flow® works with the spinal gateways and helps targets emotional, chemical, and physical blockages in the body. These are often a combination of causes that inhibit free movement and flow without our spinal column.

Emotional blockages
Stored stress, trauma, and suppressed emotions that manifest as tension, anxiety, or pain.

Chemical blockages
Imbalances caused by toxins, poor diet, medications, or environmental stressors that affect the body’s ability to heal.

Physical blockages
Restrictions in the spine from injury, posture, or repetitive strain that disrupt the nervous system’s communication.

By clearing these blockages, Spinal Flow® helps restore emotional balance, chemical harmony, and physical well-being, allowing the body to heal naturally.

Releasing and allowing the body to self-heal...

Often after Spinal flow, people can have big emotional releases, such as tearfulness, anger, or fear releasing. This usually passes within a few minutes as you allow the release to take place. Deep breathing will help during this. Allowing the release to happen is a big part of the process in healing.

Afterwards, some light pain or muscle aches can be common, as things shift back into alignment and the body is healing itself. This usually lasts only 2-3 days and then your body should return to higher function of movement and ease.

Staying well rested and hydrated is beneficial after your spinal flow sessions.

Spinal Flow is also safe for use on children and elderly. People often find after Spinal flow a much better range of movement and a reduction in tension, pain and inflammation.
